en.Our Drop Shipping Service allows you to sell Maiori Products directly to your customer without the need of having stock. We will send free of charge to your customer the products you sell, from our stock, quickly and painlessly. Remember that to access the service you must be login on our web. You can log in with your normal account, there is no special Drop Shipping account.

1. Activate Drop Shipping
2. Accept the Drop Shipping Service Terms and Conditions
3. Add Products to the basket
4. Go to checkout
5. Enter the Drop Shipping Customer Address and Data
6. Proceed to Payment
The Drop Shipping Toggle button is at the top of the page. Simply click on it to activate the Service.
After activating the Drop Shipping Service a dialogue box will appear. It is important that you agree to the Terms & Conditions of the Service to continue. You can read them here
Regarding prices & Shipping: Please note that products bough through Drop Shipping service have a discount of 30% of RRP and not 40% as normal. Also remember that Maiori will cover delivery costs.
Once the Drop Shipping Mode is active, the toggle button will show green colour. You can now place your order as you normally would. Drop Shipping mode shopping experience is just as easy as our standard B2B ordering.
Access your cart from the top left of the web. then click Checkout.
To proceed, you will be asked for your customer data, that is the address and details of the person receiving the parcel. Please make sure to add an email address and a telephone number so the courier can contact your customer directly for deliveries. Enter all the data and press "Continue"
Once you have completed this step, your customer will receive an email notification from us confirming his account creation. He will also receive notifications for delivery tracking and details concerning his order. Your customer will not receive any invoice from us.
In the payment process, proceed as usual. Remember you will be charged the amount showed on the cart and that you will need to invoice your customer for the sale as you normally would in your store and provide your customer with receipts and invoices.
